Dobry byl zeszly tydzien dla mojego ulubionego prezydenta Oba. Sad Najwyzszy odsunal po raz drugi zakusy republikanow na zniszczenie Obamacare. Tym razem stwierdzajac glosami 6:3 ze jest konstytucjonalne, azeby pieniadze federalne mogly isc na subsydiowanie skladki dla ludzi z najnizszymim dochodami. Gdyby tak nie uznal, ustawa poszlaby sie p….c, bo polowa pieniedzy idzie z govermentu. Jest lepiej niz kilka miesiecy temu, gdy uznano, ze obowiazek ubezpieczenia sie kazdego obywatela jest zgodny z Konstytucja. Na kazda okolicznosc, a na koniec zaintonowac patriotyczna, mozna rzec podstawowa w Ameryce piesn. ( cos jak by w dawnych czasach :Nie rzucim ziemi….) Cholera, talent aktorski, sluch i glos, nie mowiac o prezencji – tez ma. I nie chodzi przeciez o to, ze to tylko wystapienie, a rzeczywistosc jest brudnawa. Polowa ludzi go nienawidzi, polowa ma tak jak ja, a chyba znikoma ilosc ma obojetny stosunek.

Ja mam takie retoryczne pytanie: Czy ktoś pytał Polaków jaki chcą mieć system wyborczy wtedy kiedy wprowadzano metodę proporcjonalną?
Bo wydaje mi się, że nikt nie pytał i nikt nie tłumaczył – założono, że tak jest dobrze bo sprawdza się we Francji i poooszło! I zgadzam się, że jest to dobry system w społeczeństwach o dużym stażu demokratycznym i świadomych swoich praw i obowiązków obywatelach. W Polsce jak widać nie zdaje on egzaminu, bo w Polsce nie istnieje coś takiego jak “odpowiedzialność polityczna”.
Jednym z argumentów, a właściwie jedynym argumentem przeciw wprowadzenie JOWów z jakim spotkałam się jest “zabetonowanie polskiej sceny politycznej”. No a to co jest teraz w Polsce to nie beton? I na dodatek beton, którego składników wymienić nie można, bo to nie od wyborców zależy tylko od szefa partii.
Moim zdaniem system JOW jest dla ludzi bardziej zrozumiały.
I gdybym głosowała, to odpowiedziałabym TAK. |

ad.3. mam wrażenie, że w tym pomyśle prezydenta chodzi bardziej o to, że niejasne prawo podatkowe należy rozstrzygnąć na korzysć podatnika. Podobnie, jak wątpliwości co do dowodów procesowych.
Wszystko z powodu stanowienia prawa na kilogramy i metry, co z jakością tego prawa nie ma nic wspólnego.W mętnej wodzie dobrze się łowi rybki, ale każde wezwanie do Urzędu Skarbowego przedsiębiorcy czy podatnika prywatnie przyprawia o stan przedzawałowy.Przerabiałam to.Służbowo.
To jest w ogóle kuriosum ,że takie kwiatki ustawy podatkowej urzędnik w US dowolnie interpretuje.I nogdy nie wiada, czy w tę, czy nazad.W ktorym kraju istnieje tak nieczytelne prawo (jakiekolwiek) A pamiętacie darowizny Kołodki?

1. Czy jestes za zmiana co 10 lat ksztaltu okregow wyborczych
2. Czy jestes za dopuszczeniem wylacznie elektronicznej formy rachunkow
3. Czy jestes za wypuszczeniem obligacji stanowych na sume 2 mld dolarow przeznaczonych na poprawe wyposazenia technicznego szkol publicznych.

W innych stanach w tym czasie byly m.in. bardziej egzystencjonalne pytania, np. w Kolorado o “nienarodzonym dziecku” w kryminalistyce, w Polnocnej Dakocie o “prawie do zycia” w lonie matki…. Wszystkie te pytania nie mogly naruszac federalnego prawa do aborcji.

Jako podatnik chcę zapłacić podatki, które się państwu należą,urzędnik pilnuje, żeby podatki wpłynęły. Problem jest w niejasności i nieczytelności interpretacji przepisów podatkowych, co rodzi wątpliwości po obu stronach(nie ma przy tym zadnego(ha, ha!) znaczenia, że moje,Twoje i innych pieniądze państwo wyrzuca, trwoni na bzdety,źle gospodaruje nimi.
Ta niejasność, niespójność prawa powoduje, że zwracając się do Urzędu skarbowego o interpretację zapisu ustawy musisz z a p ł a c i ć za wydanie stosownego dokumentu, który i tak , za kilka lat może okazać się dokumentem wydanym niezgodnie z przepisami, które ktoś ponownie zinterpretuje za kilka lat. Przypomnij sobie sprawe barów mlecznych, w których za przyprawy użyte do przygotowania dania wycofuje się dotację i nakazuje barom mlecznym(najczęsciej prowadzi je Społem) zwrócić otrzymane pieniądze za 5 lat wstecz łącznie z odsetkami.
